Vending is an important part of Imagine Festival and helps to create a magical environment for our guests. Each year we are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, merchandise, service, and food vendors to satisfy any of our guest’s wishes.

There are several locations throughout the entire site where authorized vendors will be stationed. The various opportunities are described in more detail below. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted and will be shut down immediately.

We look forward to you joining our festival and helping contribute to a magical festival experience for our guests. Vendors are first come, first considered, so please act quickly to secure the best location for your booth!

To apply to vend at Imagine 2016, please follow the appropriate link below for specific information about being either a craft or food vendor and/or to fill out an application online.

To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved. If approved we will request the following information to confirm your space.

Vending spaces at Imagine Festival are offered at three different locations: Main Venue, Central Marketplace and in the Campgrounds. Each is explained below.

 

CENTRAL MARKETPLACE 

The Central Marketplace opens Friday, August 26th at 12:00 p.m. and remains open until 6:00AM each night.

The MarketPlace is located between the campgrounnds, day parking and the festival entrance/exit. The Market Place neighbors the silent disco, which stays open until 6am. Vendors in this area have the option to stay open until 6am each day of the festival.

MAIN VENUE

There are a limited number of vending spaces available inside the Speedway, which is where the main festival takes placeThe vendor facility is an enclosed building with collapsible garage doors. Once the festival is closed, no one will be permitted to re-enter until the next day.

Main Venue (exterior facing)
The Main Venue (exterior facing) vendor area is the closest vendor option to Main Stage. The exterior facing allows festival attendees to window shop. The vendors in this area will have an Atlanta Motor Speedway garage for their store front. We will allow vendors in this section to set up displays directly in front of their garage space. Vendors in this area are required to be open during festival hours 2:00pm-3:00am.
Main Venue (interior facing, center aisle)
The Main Venue (interior facing) vendor area is close to the Main Stage. This space allows vendors to set-up on the inside of the vending facility at Atlanta Motor Speedway. There will be an inner aisle located in-between 2 rows of exterior facing vendors. This area requires approval based on your category. The space does not include any tables, chairs or tents. Vendors in this area are required to be open during festival hours 2:00pm-3:00am.

CAMPGROUNDS (Space Limited)

The Campgrounds Marketplace opens Friday, August 26th at 12:00 p.m. and remains open 24 hours a day until 6:00AM Monday, August 29th.

The campground space is the only space that is open 24 hours. There is very limited space in this area. The area will likely include general store, camping supplies and a charging station.  Applicants for the campground vendor area must be pre-approved. Because space is extremely limited, not all applicants will be accepted. Campground vendors have the opportunity to purchase a 10×10 space in another location if they desire.

Although individual booth open hours are required as listed above, because of the bustling activity in the campgrounds, many vendors may choose to remain open 24 hours.

Artisan/Crafter

We love our local artists and artisans! To be considered an artist/crafter, vendors must make their products with their own hands. Can you demonstrate your craft on site (either the making of it or the use of it)? We would love to see you at Imagine!

 

CENTRAL PARK MARKET

The fee for an artist/crafter space is $800.00 for the duration of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame plastic-coated canvas tent and basic electric service. It also includes three vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased.

 

MAIN VENUE (STORE-FRONT EXTERIOR-FACING SPACE)

The fee for an artist/crafter space is $1000.00 for the duration of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 exterior facing space and basic electric service. It also includes two vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased. The Main Venue will be open from approximately 2:00PM until 3:00 AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Although not necessary, you may choose to bring your own tent to separate your space from your neighbor, as the interior of the facility is open.

 

MAIN VENUE (INTERIOR SPACE)

The Main Venue will be open from approximately 2:00PM until 3:00 AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The fee for an interior artist/crafter space is $600.00 for the duration of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space and basic electric service. It also includes two artist/crafter staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased.

Vendor

Vendors sell merchandise that they do not personally make by hand. This also includes service providers such as – Salon, Massage, etc.

 

CENTRAL PARK MARKET

The fee for a vendor space is $1,200.00 for the duration of the festival. The fee includes a 10 x 10 space, a heavy-duty metal-frame, plastic-coated canvas tent and basic electric service. It also includes four vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets must be purchased. The opportunity to purchase more than one 10×10 space will be given to select vendors.

 

MAIN VENUE (STORE-FRONT EXTERIOR-FACING SPACE)
