COVID-19 Ticket Policy

Hello Imagine Family,

We are all very sad Imagine Festival 2020 has been rescheduled for September 17,18, & 19, 2021. The safety and health of our Imagine Family is always the number one priority and therefore we had to make the decision to reschedule.  We also want to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with your Imagine purchase by providing options for the rescheduled event.

As you all have felt, the entertainment industry is one of the hardest hit demographics. We have all been affected, as individuals and as a community, by these unprecedented times but we are confident we can get through this together, better than ever. Imagine is an independent organization and this is certainly a challenging time for us as well. Your financial investment (ticket purchase) helps create this event. Our valued sponsors and partners help offset the costs of producing Imagine, but we rely on your ticket purchases to cover a majority of the expenses.

If you are able, we ask if you would please keep your support with Imagine Festival (#OptionA) as we work to create an even more spectacular experience for the rescheduled show in 2021. We have added a token of our appreciation to Option A as well, as detailed below. You can even choose to freeze your payment plan until you are ready to continue. In addition, our fire phase 1 lineup will be announced within 2 weeks. It is epic!

It’s going to be the celebration of our lives and we promise to make your experience absolutely magical and worth the wait. We are here for you no matter what your decision is and are endlessly thankful for your continued love, loyalty, understanding and patience.

If you wish to attend the rescheduled date, you do not need to take any action. Your tickets will be shipped as normal and will be valid for the new dates. You will also receive FREE access to the Pre-Party on Thursday at the main stage inside the festival grounds.

  • *Payment Plan customers: If you would like to attend the September 2021 event, but you have missed your recent payment or are unable to make your next payment due to stresses related to the current situation, we will pause your plan and you will have the option to reinstate it when you are ready. Click here and submit your request in the See Tickets US Support form to get instructions. *You will have up until July 14th to Freeze your current plan before the next billing cycle.

  • Please note: All current tickets will automatically rollover into the rescheduled show dates and therefore there will not be a loyalty pre-sale event. This event is already over 60% sold and expected to sell out in advance. By holding onto your ticket you are guaranteed admission at the lowest price, with a FREE Pre-Party, with no action required by you.

B: Refund your ticket 

If you are unable to make the rescheduled dates, refunds are available by filling out this Imagine 2020 Refund Request form. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to return to the card used at purchase.

You will have until July 24th, 2020 at 11:59PM to request a refund.

Will I get to see the lineup before the refund deadline? 

We are working quickly with artists and managers to confirm the new dates and announce Phase 1 of the lineup. Most artist teams are onboard with the new dates, but there are some conflicts we are working through. We anticipate that the lineup will be out ahead of time of the refund deadline. ALL tickets purchased before the lineup is announced will be automatically upgraded with the FREE Pre-Party on Thursday at a main stage inside the festival grounds.

Do Early Arrival Passes already come with the Pre-Party.

No, early arrival gives you access to enter the campgrounds on Thursday to get your campsite set up early, relax an extra day in the campgrounds, and get those prime camping spots. The Pre-Party Show is a separate ticket and is held inside the Festival Grounds (similar to 2019 but much bigger).
