Registering your Wristband
1. Who do I contact for help with my ticket order
Please reach out to email@example.com for assistance with your order and tracking your wristband
2. Can I register my wristband under someone else’s name?
You can only register a wristband once, so make sure you have all of that person’s required information on hand. To register, you’ll need their:
- Full name
- Email address
- Wristband ID number
3. Can I change my wristband registration information and/or transfer it to someone else?
Unfortunately not. Once registered, wristbands can’t be transferred and identifying information can’t be changed.
You can gift the ticket and wristband to anyone before registering the wristband, but only the original buyer can manage the order to request a replacement.
4. I got a Thursday Wristband – What does this mean.
Answer: If you have received a cloth Thursday wristband, this means that you have purchased a 4-day or Thursday only ticket. This will be your access to the festival on Thursday.
5. I did not get a Thursday Wristband but ordered before July 16? What should I expect to receive?
Answer: If you have not received a Thursday wristband, but purchased prior to 7/16/19, you will receive a PDF ticket that can be scanned and exchanged for a wristband at the Entry Gate.
6.What do I do with my PDF ticket
Answer: The PDF will be scanned into the festival and exchanged for a wristband. If the PDF is for parking, you will receive a parking pass after the ticket is scanned at the Parking Entrance.
7. How do I know which wristband is to be used for what?
Answer: The wristbands will clearly state what type of ticket the wristband is for.
8. When can I expect to receive a PDF ticket if my order is being automatically upgraded to a 4 day pass?
Answer: The email with the PDF should be received by 9/12/19 at the latest. If you have not received it by then, please contact See Tickets Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. I was upgraded to a 4 day – what should I expect to receive?
Answer: If you were upgraded to a 4-day pass, you will receive a 3 day wristband for the original dates of the festival and a PDF for your Thursday entry.
10. I received the wrong wristband, what do I do?
Answer: A limited number of VIP wristbands were sent to GA ticket buyers by mistake. All mistakenly issued wristbands have now been voided and will not work for entry into any part of the festival. If you received a VIP wristband that you did not order, you should have received an email with these instructions on how to obtain your correct wristband:
Your shipping fee is being refunded due to the error, but be sure to hold on to the VIP wristband and bring it with you to the event.
Exchange the incorrect wrist band for a correct one on site at Will Call. If you do not have the original wristband that was sent to you, you will not be able to exchange it for the correct band and will be denied entry to the event.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and will be giving you a free Saturday Pool Party ticket when you exchange the erroneously sent wrist band at Will Call.
11. I received an extra Thursday wristband, what should I do?
Answer: Congratulations, we secretly slipped a few extra wrist bands in people’s packages at random. Enjoy Thursday with a friend!
Wristbands & Shipping
Getting your Wristband
1. Where is my wristband? When will it ship?
You can find estimated shipment and delivery dates along with other tracking information from your See Tickets account.
If you purchased your wristband after the cutoff date for shipping, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID. We’ll get you set up.
2. How can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address on the Tickets page until the cutoff date when shipping begins (August 25) If you aren’t available at the shipping address you provided and don’t have a different address, you can cancel the shipment and pick up your replacement wristband at the event in Will Call.
If you can’t receive the package after it’s been shipped to the provided address, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID. We’ll get you set up.
In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If your shipping address is wrong when shipping begins, you’ll need to pick up your wristband at Will Call. The original order confirmation email and a photo ID may be required for wristband pick-up.
3. What to do if your wristband is lost, stolen, incorrect, or damaged
If you haven’t received your wristband yet, take a look at your See Tickets account for estimated shipping and delivery dates.
If your wristband is marked as “delivered” but you never received it or if it’s been lost or stolen, you can deactivate your original wristband and request a replacement wristband to pick up at the event from Will Call. From the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, find your order, select “Manage Wristband,” then choose “Deactivate wristband.” Once the wristband is deactivated, you can to pick up your replacement wristband(s) at Will Call.
It’s important to know that we can not reship any orders and that shipping fees are non-refundable.

TIP: Did you buy your ticket after the cutoff date for shipping? No problem—you can confirm Will Call pick-up on your Tickets page too.
3a. I received my wristband in the mail, but not my camping pass.
Add-Ons are not shipped. Please print your PDF ticket and bring it with you to Will Call to pick up your Camping wristband or Parking Pass.
4. Can I pick up my wristband at Will Call?
If you can’t get your wristband at the address provided, you can cancel the shipment on the Tickets page in your See Tickets account, then pick up a replacement wristband at Will Call. All you need to bring with you is your original order confirmation email and a photo ID.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Can someone else pick up my wristband at Will Call?
Yes! If you purchased your ticket after the cutoff date for shipping, you’re sent a PDF ticket along with your order confirmation email. Someone else can pick up your wristband at Will Call with the PDF ticket and a copy of your photo ID.
If you don’t have a PDF ticket, you can have someone else pick up your wristband through the following steps:
1) Cancel your shipment (if it hasn’t shipped already) on your See Tickets account, then
2) Have the new attendee bring a copy of your photo ID and the order ID number (found in your order confirmation email) to Will Call.
