Ticketing Questions

  • GA Passes

    GA PASS: Entry into the main festival grounds on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Every one wishing to enter the festival will need their own pass.

  • VIP Passes

    VIP PASS: Entry into the main festival grounds on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday AND access to additional VIP areas. The main VIP Viewing Area is located adjacent to the Oceania Stage. VIPs enjoy more comfortable amenities including shade, premium restrooms, private bars and expedited entry into the festival.


  • Pool Parties

    Pool Party Tickets: Access to the pool parties from 12-3 on Saturday and Sunday, inside the festival. Tickets sold per day, if you would like to attend both days you will need to purchase both a Saturday and Sunday pass. 

  • Can I upgrade my tickets?

    If you’d like to upgrade your tickets, we recommend you purchase the ticket you wish to upgrade to. Then, reach out to us at info@imaginefestival.com. Once we verify your new purchase, we can refund your original order to the card used at purchase. 


  • Where can I view my ticket?

    You should have received an email confirmation from SeeTickets after you have purchased your tickets. You may also log in to your SeeTickets account to view your tickets. Please keep in mind that your tickets will start to ship between August and September in wristband form

  • Do payment plans take out payments automatically?

    Yes, if you have signed up for a payment plan, the amount due will be taken out of your account automatically on the due date. You may pay these earlier than the due dates if you’d like.


  • Are there single-day passes available?

    At this time, we do not have any single-day passes available for purchase. Please check back in at a later date for possible single-day passes. If we sell out in advance, single day tickets will not be available. 


  • When will wristbands be shipped?

    Wristbands will be shipped to your address provided at checkout between August and September, prior to the festival. 


  • What if I need to change my address for my tickets to be shipped?

    Please log in to your SeeTickets account to change your address.

    If you need to update the address on your tickets, please do so by Sunday, August 6th, 2023. Change Address Instructions Here

  • I signed out as a guest on SeeTickets but need to change my address or view my tickets.

    Please contact SeeTickets at help@seetickets.us to set up your account.

  • Where can I buy Pool Party tickets?

    Pool Party tickets are available as an add on and are sold separately from your festival ticket. You will need both a pool party pass and festival ticket to attend the pool parties. 

  • Are the Pool Parties included with any festival or camping ticket?

    The pool parties are NOT included with any festival or camping ticket/package. This is because of capacity reasons within the pool. If you would like to attend either of the pool parties, you must purchase these as a separate ticket. These sell out quickly so don't wait to buy your pool party pass.


  • Are there ADA Accommodations?

    This is the ADA dispatch number of you see someone that needs assistance please give it to them. 470-401-0237

  • Festival Re-Entry

    There is NO festival re-entry unless you are camping. If you are camping YOU CAN come and go between the festival and your campsite. If you have an emergency and need to leave, please find one of our camping staff members to help you

  • Allowed/ Not Allowed Items

    CAMPGROUND ALLOWED


    WHAT YOU CAN BRING DON’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT

    • Rain gear
    • Camping gear (tent, tarp, sleeping bags, etc.)
    • Your favorite hoodie
    • Extra shoes/sneakers
    • Mud boots (in case it rains)
    • Bug spray
    • Sunscreen (lots of it)
    • A hat for shade
    • A bandana
    • Sunglasses
    • Reusable Water Bottles or Camelbak-style bladders (must be empty)
    • Biodegradable plastic bags for trash (Help keep our beautiful site clean)
    • Toilet paper (you never know)
    • Lantern / flashlight / headlamp (AND extra batteries!)
    • Flag or balloon to identify your campsite
    • Prescription Medications, Inhalers, and Epi-Pens (See FAQ for Prescription Medication Requirements)
    • Extra set of keys to keep with you at all times (avoid keeping keys in your car!)

    YOU DON’T NEED IT TO SURVIVE, BUT YOU’LL BE HAPPY YOU HAVE IT

    • Small luggage lock for your tent (please don’t bring any valuables – if you must, keep them locked out of view in your vehicle) or rent one of our lockers.
    • soaps, detergents and shampoos
    • Smokers – bring an ashtray! Every butt you throw on the ground someone has to pick up!
    • Blanket (for sitting)
    • Earplugs (for sleeping)

    NOT ALLOWED

    CAMPGROUND PROHIBITED ITEMS

    These items are not allowed under any circumstances (Remember, we search every vehicle):

    • Bad Attitudes (Positive vibes only!)
    • Obscure gels, liquids, or wax, including vape juice (juice within tank is okay)
    • Glass  of any kind (this includes wine bottles, drinking glasses, pickle jars, and test tubes)
    • No kegs are allowed into the festival. We will seize ALL excessive* amounts of alcohol. *Excessive means anything over 1 case of beer per person and 1 box of wine per person. Kegs, glass, liquor, or vending of alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds, and alcohol may not be brought from the campsites into the festival venue.
    • Weapons, items that could be used as a weapon, or harmful objects of any kind (including steak knives, pepper spray,etc)
    • Drones
    • Fireworks or explosives of any kind
    • Illegal substances
    • Bicycles, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles (including, but not limited to: golf carts, ATVs, motor scooters, powered skateboards, and airboats)Professional photography equipment (cameras with a detachable lens >2”, tripods, video cameras, etc)
    • Pets (even really, really small ones- Please reference service animal policy)
    • Box trucks or trailers (a camping trailer is OK, but it is considered an RV which requires an RV pass)
    • Charcoal, lighter fluid, gasoline, firewood or other combustibles used to generate flame or heat (other than gas grills).
    • Gas-powered generators, No gas generators, No gas cans
    • Laser pens or similar focused-light devices
    • Over-the-Counter Medications (unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging)
    • Vitamins or Supplements
    • Non-Compliant Prescription Medications (See FAQ for Prescription Medication Questions)
    • Vending of any kind is not allowed (Sharing yes, selling, no. You know the difference.)
    • No totems over 10 feet in height, constructed of metal or wooden pieces, sharpened elements, or are capable of being pounded into the ground or causing harm to others.
    • NO OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED. (CAMP FIRES, FIRE PITS, TIKI TORCHES, ETC)]
    • Branded, wrapped or sponsored vehicles, RVs, tents, etc utilized for marketing purposes.

    FESTIVAL GROUND PROHIBITED ITEMS

     

    These items are not allowed under any circumstances:

    • Illegal substances
    • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
    • Pets
    • Chairs
    • Compressed Gas Cylinders (CO2, Propane, etc.)
    • Massagers
    • Laser pointers and air horns
    • Pacifiers
    • Stuffed Animals
    • Eye drops
    • Over-the-counter medications (see FAQ for Prescription Medication Requirements)
    • Glass, cans, cups, or coolers
    • Markers, pens or spray paint
    • Unauthorized vending/soliciting materials (promotional stickers, flyers, commodities, etc)
    • Balls or Frisbees
    • Large purses, bags, or backpacks (over 12″×12″)
    • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol and candy)
    • Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, firearms, etc.)
    • Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs)

  • Early Arrival

    Does my festival ticket include early arrival?


    No. Please note that festival passes only include acess to the festival from Friday-Sunday If you wish to enter the campgrounds on Thursday, you will need to purchase the early arrival add-on at checkout. 

Camping Questions

  • Early Arrival + Pre-Party?

    The Early Arrival plus Pre-party bundle for Imagine Festival is the perfect way to kick off your festival experience! 

     

    With this bundle, you'll have the opportunity to arrive at the festival grounds a day early, securing the closest spots and settling into your campsite before the crowds arrive AND have access to the Pre-Party!

     

    Our Pre-party is exclusive to campers and Imagine Hotel Guests with Shuttle only! There will be no daily parking available on Thursday. All hotel guests must arrive by shuttle. 

     

    Each person must have the Early Arrival bundle (includes Thursday Early Arrival and Pre-party access) to attend. This is sold by person not by vehicle. 

  • Does a Car camping pass include festival entry?

    No, your Car camping pass will only allow your vehicle into the campgrounds. You must also purchase a GA or VIP Pass for festival entry. 


    You cannot just purchase a Car camping pass without a festival ticket.


  • Is Car Camping per car, or per person?

    Car Camping Passes are per vehicle. 

     

    GA Car Camping Includes:

    • One (1) 20x20 Car Camping Spot and can fit 1-2 tents and 1 standard size car, truck, or SUV
    • Each pass comes with 4 GA Camping Wristbands. 
    • Your vehicle and camping gear may not spill over into fire lanes.
    • There is no “per person” camping fee. So if, for example, you have 3 people coming in one car, you only need 1 car camping pass (everyone will need their own festival ticket though).

    VIP Car Camping includes:

    • Premium car campsite close to the main festival entrance
    • one (1) 20x20 VIP Car Camping Spot and can comfortably fit 1-2 tents and 1 standard sized car, truck, or SUV.
    • 4 VIP Camping Wristbands 
    • Exclusive amenities to the VIP campground including comfort restrooms and shower trailers.

  • What kind of car can I bring into Car Camping?

    If you purchased a Car Camping Pass, you may camp with 1 regular car, SUV, or standard truck per camping spot. Campsites are 20 x 20 ft

    If you want to bring any sort of trailer that is connected to your car or an RV, you must purchase a RV pass


  • Can I leave the Campgrounds and come back?

    For the safety of our Imagine family, once your vehicle is parked within the campgrounds, it may not be moved until Monday at sunrise. Vehicles that leave the campgrounds will not be granted re-entry. Should a vehicle need to leave in the event of an emergency, please contact campground management to provide you with a safe escort. We encourage you to plan/pack accordingly and visit the Camping General Store for any necessities you may be lacking.   

  • Do you have Tent Only Camping?

    No, there is no ga tent camping. 


  • If we do Tent Only Camping, Is there a parking lot to park our cars?

    No, If you want to bring your own vehicle you will need to purchase a separate parking pass to bring your vehicle on site.


  • I want to camp next to my friend’s car, how do we do that?

    If you would like to camp next to your friend’s car, please make sure to arrive together. If your vehicle arrives separately, you will not be able to camp together. Make sure to coordinate this with your friends!


  • Can I bring an RV to camp?

    Yes, you can! If you want to bring your own RV, you need to purchase a RV PASS (Dry or Powered). The RV Pass includes one pass for your RV and 6 RV Camping wristbands for you and your guests. 


    You may also rent an RV from the festival. Those options are Skyview RV and RV Plus. See Ticketing page for links to these products. 

  • If I purchase the RV with no power, can I bring my own generator?

    External generators are not allowed. Your generator must be factory installed (OEM) and pre-integrated into the vehicle if bringing an RV. No onsite fueling is allowed. Additionally, no fuel, or gas cans are allowed


  • Is there re-entry for camping?

    Can you come and go between the festival and your campsite, YES. Can you leave the campgrounds and drive your car out of the venue, No. If you have an emergency and need to leave, please find one of our camping staff members to help you.


  • Are there camping ADA Accommodations?

    Yes. Please purchase either GA or VIP Car Camping depending on which campgrounds you prefer and contact our ADA team to register you at ada@imaginefestival.com. ADA registration opens in July. If you need immediate assistance please email info@imaginefestival.com

General Questions

  • Age Requirements

    You must be 18 years or older to attend Imagine Music Festival. You must be 21 or older to buy, consume, or bring alcohol onto the premises. Please bring a valid government issued photo ID.

  • General Ticket Information

    All guests will need a GA or VIP festival pass in order to enter the main festival grounds. If you are are arriving early on Thursday, or any of the Pool Parties on Saturday and Sunday, you will need to have both a festival wristband and the Add On wristband.

  • General Camping Ticket Information

    In order to enter the campgrounds, you must also purchase a camping pass. These are separate tickets from the GA or VIP Pass. You will need both a festival pass and camping pass to enter the campgrounds.  All guests with a camping pass will have 24/7 access to their corresponding campgrounds. The VIP camp grounds will only be accessible to guests who have purchased VIP Camping. 


    Early Arrival is available for those that would like to come early on Thursday to set up their campsite. Early arrival is beneficial for those who want to get the closest campsites to the festival entrance and have an extra day to set up your campsite without missing a beat and experience our Thursday Pre-Party. Early Arrival is sold per person, not per car. Every guest wanting to arrive early will need their own Early Arrival pass. Note* Early Arrival is not the same thing as the Pre-Party Pass. If you want to camp on Thursday, you will need an Early Arrival pass.

    Concierge / Help Desk 564general store to grab any essential you may have forgotten. Camping Pass holders will be free to travel between the campgrounds and festival as needed. If you have an emergency and need to leave but wish to come back, please speak with the box office staff and they will assist you.

  • Wristband Shipping

    Tickets will be shipped to the address you provided when purchasing your ticket. Wristbands will ship out starting in August. Stay tuned to our socials for shipping cut-off dates. If you purchase your ticket after the shipping cut-off date you will need to go to Will Call to pick up your wristbands.

  • Can I leave the Campgrounds and come back?

    For the safety of our Imagine family, once your vehicle is parked within the campgrounds, it may not be moved until Monday at sunrise.   • Will there be Free Water Stations?

    Water refill stations will be located at all main areas of the festival and campgrounds. You may bring hydration packs or empty water bottles to fill. Please make sure to stay hydrated!

  • Will there be showers in camping

    Showers will be available at each campsite for a small fee. Make sure to bring your toiletries! 

  • VIP Showers

    VIP ticket holders do not have to pay for the VIP showers.

  • Will there be lockers?

    Yes they are available to reserve while they last. Get yours here

  • Will there be Medical Assistance on Site?

    We will have medical staff on-site for the entire duration of Imagine. Upon arrival, please take note of the location of our clearly-marked medical tents should you need to stop by during the event. If you need medical assistance, contact the nearest security guard, staff member, volunteer, or medic, or go to one of the on-site medical tents. If you’re not sure whether it’s an emergency or not, assume it is and get help immediately. All of our safety and medical staff are here to help you enjoy the festival and make it home safely – no judgements.

  • Can I Bring My Medication?

    A: Yes, medications are allowed into the festival and campgrounds as long as they comply with the following:


    No over-the-counter medication is permitted unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging.

    No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted.

    Prescription Medication can only be brought into the festival ground with the following:

    A valid photo ID (See list of acceptable forms of identification);

    Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible, with name corresponding to photo ID;

    Only one type of medication per bottle (matching the description printed on bottle);

    Any prescription controlled substances may only be brought in quantities reasonable for your time at the festival.

  • Will there be Daily Parking?

    Yes, there will be daily parking. Please purchase passes here. However, there will be NO daily parking on Thursday!

  • Bag Policy

    No large purses, bags, or backpacks (over 12″×12″)

  • Can I bring my vape pen?

    Refillable vape devices are allowed only with enough liquid for one day's use. No extra juice is allowed. All juice must be attached to the vape device.

    Single Use, factory-sealed vape pens such as Juuls, Post, etc, Extra Pods must be factory sealed upon entry.

  • Lost and Found?

Shuttle Questions

  • Will all hotels listed under the Imagine hotel list on the site have shuttles running to and from them?

    No. Only select partner hotels in Rome & Cartersville will have a shuttle. Please check inventory to select hotels with the shuttle.

  • What will the pick up and drop off times be for these and how often do they run?

    Hours TBD for #IMF2023 Shuttle Schedule! 

  • For the one way shuttle pass, is there an option to purchase one that ONLY goes from a hotel to the venue?

    No

  • Parking at Shuttle Locations:

    You will not be authorized to park at your drop off location unless you are a guest at that hotel.

  • Shuttle Running Times:
