Vending

Vending is an important part of Imagine Festival and helps to create a magical environment for our guests. Each year we are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, merchandise, service, and food vendors to satisfy any of our guest’s wishes.

General Info

There are several locations throughout the entire site where authorized vendors will be stationed. The various opportunities are described in more detail below. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted and will be shut down immediately.

Vendors are first come, first considered, so please act quickly to secure the best location for your booth!

To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved. If approved we will request the following information to confirm your space.

1) Vendor Fee
2) Certificate of insurance

*If your preferred booth location is not available or not a good fit, we will suggest a different location.
